Description: Reporting to the Chief, Customer experience, the post holder is responsible for the orders taken by phone, on paper or the web. The post holder ensures that the customers are being well served and that their needs are being met.

Responsabilities:
  • Resource person for sales representative.
  • Answer phone calls from clients / sales representatives.
  • Enter telephone / sales representatives / Web orders into the system.

Description: Working closely with the VP of Finance and IT, the finance manager oversees the accounting team during financial statement production and provides information supporting strategic decisions. The post holder also performs the budgeting process.

Responsabilities:
  • Prepare the main performance indicators of the division, as well as the previously determined scoreboards. Help the VP of finance and the IT in their preparation.

They must ensure the technical follow-up of these promotions and create KPI reports, ROI (includes traffic, sales, etc.).
