All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you order it, the information will be indicated on your order form.
- 2. DELIVERY ADDRESS
The order will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout.
All orders are packaged and shipped from our warehouse located in Laval.
Delivery personnel is not authorized to leave an order at the address indicated on the invoice if nobody can sign for the order.
- 3. DELIVERY TERMS
Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery region, the acceptance and approval of your order by the credit department as well as the time the order is placed on our website.
Deilvery takes place from Tuesday to Friday, except for statutory holidays. Delivery deadlines are only of an indicative nature and are calculated from the order date. They may only serve as a guideline and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order by the credit department.

A fixed shipping fee applies to all orders and will be calculated at checkout.
Sales taxes are charged according to the province or territory where the order is delivered.
